Mr. DeLawder also serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee. Prior to the foregoing, Mr. DeLawder also served in executive positions with the Fairfield National Bank Division for seven years. Mr. DeLawder served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from 2007 to 2012, including as Chair of the OperationsResources Committee from 2009 to 2012. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, from 2000 to 2009 . Mr. DeLawder also served on the Ohio University Capital Campaign Steering Committee from 2010 through 2015. since 2019.
