Prior thereto, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AEP Ohio, an electric distribution utility, from May 2016 to December 31, 2018, and as Senior Vice President and Treasurer from January 2013 to April 2016 and Vice PresidentRegulatory Case Management from September 2009 to December 2012, of American Electric Power, Inc. Previously, Ms. Sloat served as Vice President Corporationrationrate Finance Investor Relations from July 2008 to September 2009 of Tween Brands, Inc., which operated two specialty retail brands targeting girls between ages 7 and 14. Ms. Sloat also served in investor relations positions with increasing responsibility for American Electric Power, Inc. from October 1999 until July 2008, serving as Treasurer Vice President Investor Relations immediately prior to joining Tween Brands, Inc. since 2015.

Park National Leadership Team
