Mr. William C. Pate serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Pate was previously CoPresident of EGI. Mr. Pate holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College.
