Mr. Richard J. Giromini is no longer Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective on June 1, 2018. Previously, Mr. Giromini served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2005 until December 2005 when he was appointed President and a Director of the Company. Mr. Giromini joined the Company in July 2002, as Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer. Earlier experience includes 26 years in the transportation industry, having begun his career with General Motors Corporation, serving in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility within the Tier 1 automotive sector, most recently with Accuride Corporation, AKW LP, and ITT Automotive since 2016.

Wabash National Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Wabash National's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Wabash National inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Wabash. The board's role is to monitor Wabash National's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
