Since 1968, he was a general partner of Interstate Properties and he currently serves as its Managing General Partner. He is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Alexanders, Inc. Mr. Roth was a director of J.C. Penney Company, Inc. from 2011 until September 13, 2013. Mr. Roths qualifications to serve on our Board include his experience in leadership and board responsibilities for a major REIT, his deep understanding of the class of assets held by the Company and his many years of experience in the real estate field generally. since 2019.
