Mr. Christopher Eastland is Chairman of the Board of Sportsman Warehouse Holdings Inc. Mr. Eastlands has served as a member of our Board since August 2009 and as the Chairman since September 2010. In addition to Mr. Eastlands service on our board of directors, he is a partner at Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P., having joined in 2004, where he is involved in all investment activities, including the structuring, negotiating and closing of portfolio investments, and has served on the boards of numerous private companies. Prior to joining Seidler, Mr. Eastland was an attorney at OMelveny Myers LLP from 1999 to 2004. His practice focused principally on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment, as well as representation of public and private companies in commercial transactions. Mr. Eastland has also served as a director of Parks America, Inc. since 2006 and as a member of the audit committee and member of the compensation committee of Parks America, Inc. since 2009 since 2010.

Sportsmans Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Sportsmans' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Sportsmans inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Sportsmans. The board's role is to monitor Sportsmans' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Sportsmans' inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
