Ms. Cynthia Beach Cagle is no longer as Vice President Accounting, Executive Director, Company Secretary of SOCO International PLC, effective 12 November 2017. She was Appointed in December 2012. She was one of the founding executives of SOCO International plc and serves as VicePresident Accounting and Company Secretary. Cynthia was instrumental in each of SOCOs key transactions contributing to its current business model, including the initial IPO and the acquisition and value realisation of its UK, Russia, Mongolia, Tunisia, Yemen and Thailand assets. Cynthia has over 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining SOCO, Cynthia gained her industry experience through senior accounting positions in Snyder Oil Corporationrationrations international subsidiary, Conquest Exploration Company and The Superior Oil Company, and additional financial experience with Texas Commerce Bancshares.
