Mr. Gerard Andreck was Independent Director of Scor SE since March 18 2008. He was also Member of the Company Strategic Committee as of May 7 2008. Mr. Andreck was Chairman of the MACIF group since June 2006. He served as President of CJDES from 1991 to 1993 and of CEGES from May 2009 to December 2011. In June 1997 he became Managing Director of MACIF and secondincommand to Mr. Jean Simonnet who was Chairman at that time. In 2004 the members of the GEMA insurance companies appointed him to direct the preparation of the report titled Democracy the Governing Principle of the GEMA Insurance Companies now referred to as the Andreck II Report. He was also involved in the birth of the partnership developed between the MACIF and MAIF savings banks in October 2004 and he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the Holding Company that formalized this partnership in November 2005. On July 1 2008 he was elected as Chairman of the GEMA insurance companies for duration of three years. He was reelected in 2011 for three years. In November 2010 he was appointed to the Conseil Economique et Social et Environnemental since 2008.
