Mr. Anthony M. Federico is an Independent Director of EchoStar Corporationrationration. Until 2012, Mr. Federico served as Vice President, Chief Engineer, and Graphic Communications Executive Liaison of Xerox Corporation . Mr. Federico joined Xerox in 1968 and held various product and general management positions, as well as numerous engineering, solutions, information management, and process reengineering positions. Mr. Federico led the internal development of many of Xeroxs major production products during his tenure, including DocuPrint, DocuTech, DocuTech HLC, Nuvera and iGen3 since 2011.

EchoStar Leadership Team
