Mr. Henry D. Fahman is the Chairman of the Board, President, Acting Chief Financial Officer of PHI Group, Inc. Fahman has more than 30 years experience in general management, finance, investments and corporate strategy. He was President and Chairman of the Board of PHI Group, Inc. since January 2000, and is currently Acting Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Fahman served as President and Chairman of the Board of Providential Securities, Inc. from its inception in October 1992 to October 2000. He holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in finance and economic analysis and policy, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Creating Competitive Advantage, and Advanced General Management. Previously, he served as a Resettlement Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
