Mr. H. E. Timanus, Jr., is Vice Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Timanus was a director of the Company and the Bank since 2001. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Bank since 2001 and was named Chairman of the Board of the Bank in 2005. Mr. Timanus became an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2001 and served in that capacity until 2006 when he became Vice Chairman of the Company. From 1986 to 2001, Mr. Timanus served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bancshares, Inc. and from 1988 to 2001, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Heritage Bank. Mr. Timanus also served as a director of Financial Federal Corporationrationration, a financial services company listed on the NYSE, until the sale of the company in 2010. since 2019.
