Mr. Sean Mcaleer is Vice President Human Resources Security of the Company. Mr. McAleer first joined Pan American Silver Corporationration in 2006 as General Manager of the Alamo Dorado mine. He held the position of Country Manager, Mexico, from 2008 until February of 2010, when he was appointed Vice President, Human Resources and Security. Mr. McAleer has extensive experience in Latin America and speaks fluent Spanish. Before joining Pan American Silver he spent over fifteen years working with the mining, consulting, and consumer products industries in various management roles

Pan American Silver Leadership Team
