Mr. Gregory R. Raifman was appointed as President of Nexstar Digital LLC, a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Raifman joined Nexstar as President of Nexstar Digital LLC in April 2017. From February 2010 to October 2010, Mr. Raifman served as the Executive Chairman of LiveRail, Inc., a video ad exchange and real time bidding company. Mr. Raifman cofounded Mediaplex, Inc., a marketing technology solution company, in 1998, and from 1998 to 2001 Mr. Raifman served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Mediaplex, Inc. Mr. Raifman began his career as an attorney, specializing in MA and corporate financings.
