He has also served as Chairman of both CW Group Inc. and Italiana Editrice S.p.A. since 2014 and as a NonExecutive Director of The Economist Group since 2009. Prior to the merger between Fiat Industrial S.p.A and CNH Industrial N.V. in 2013 he served as a Director of Fiat Industrial S.p.A. from 2010 since 2013.
