Mr. Marshall is a director of Southwestern Energy and Sentinel Energy Services, Inc. and also serves as a director of several private companies and several nonprofit organizations. Mr. Marshall brings to our Board experience in executive positions and experience as a director for diverse, energyrelated public companies. since 2009.
