Ms. Cecilia H. Herbert serves as Independent Trustee of Ishares Trust Russell. She was a Trustee of the Trust since 2005. Ms. Herbert has served as a Director of iShares, Inc. since 2005 and a Director of iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc. since 2010. She is Director ofthe Board ofthe Catholic Charities CYO, among the Bay Areas private social services organizations serving the homeless, poor, aged, families, children and AIDSHIV victims, on which she has served since 1998. Ms. Herbert is a member of the Finance Council, Archdiocese of San Francisco since 1994, which she chaired from 1994 to 2005. She is a Trustee of the Thacher School since 2002 and chairs its Investment Committee. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards.
