Mr. Loren M. Starr was appointed as Director of the Company. He has served as senior managing director and chief financial officer of Invesco Ltd. since 2005. His current responsibilities include finance, accounting, tax, investor relations, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Invesco, he served from 2001 to 2005 as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Janus Capital Group Inc., after working as head of corporate finance from 1998 to 2001 at Putnam Investments. Prior to these positions, Mr. Starr held senior corporate finance roles with Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley Co. Mr. Starr also serves on the board of the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement. He earned a B.A. in chemistry and B.S. in industrial engineering from Columbia University, as well as an M.B.A. from Columbia and an M.S. in operations research from Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Starr is deemed an executive director since he is also an employee of our manager or one of its affiliates. Executive directors do not receive compensation for serving on our Board and do not serve on any of the standing committees of the Board. since 2019.
