Mr. Behrooz L. Abdi is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of InvenSense Inc. He has served on our board of directors since June 2011 and was appointed President and CEO in October 2012. Mr. Abdi served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at NetLogic Microsystems, Inc., a provider of semiconductor solutions, from November 2009 to December 2011. Mr. Abdi served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RMI Corporation, a fabless semiconductor company, from November 2007 to October 2009. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CDMA Technologies at Qualcomm, Inc., a provider of wireless technology and services, from March 2004 to November 2007. Prior to joining Qualcomm, he held leadership and engineering positions of increasing responsibility at Motorola, Inc. in its Semiconductor Products Sector . From September 1999 to March 2003, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Motorolas radio products division, in charge of RF and mixed signal ICs for the wireless mobile market. He currently serves as a director at Tabula, Inc. He also serves as a director at Exar Corporation, a provider of high performance mixedsignal integrated circuits and subsystem solutions for networking and telecommunications, and industrial markets. Mr. Abdi served as the Chairman and director of SMSC Storage, Inc., from September 2009 to November 2010 and as a director of RMI Corporation from November 2007 to November 2009 since 2012.

InvenSense Leadership Team
