Mr. Michael Cooper is appointed as the Director of Ingen Technologies, Inc. He is the Executive Vice President of SomaLife Consulting, LLC with 20 years of experience in sales and business development. With several successes, Michael implemented one of the first sports career job boards, as well as invented and patented a golf training product. Michael was born and raised in Australia, and in 1982 came to the United States on a tennis scholarship to become the number one ranked N.J.C.A.A. tennis player in the country. Michael holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Florida International University. Michael was with SomaLife since 2006, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2009. His talents include public speaking, golfer and played Australian Rules football and was once invited to represent the U.S. in an international cricket match. since 2012.

Elected by the shareholders, the Ingen Technologies' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Ingen Technologies inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Ingen. The board's role is to monitor Ingen Technologies' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Ingen Technologies' inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Ingen Technologies' outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
