Since 2008, Ms. MacLeod has acted as an advisor to Villa Leadership, a Womens Leadership program that she founded. She previously was a member of the Advertising Standards Canada Council and acted as Unilevers Global Diversity Champion. In 2013 and 2014, Ms. MacLeod was named by Womens Executive Network as one of Canadas most powerful women. Ms. MacLeod was honoured by Catalyst Canada in 2014. since 2017.
