Sarah currently serves as a director of Bausch Heath Companies, a director of WPT Industrial REIT, a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of AST and AST and a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Sustainable Development Technology Canada. Ms. Kavanagh graduated from Harvard Business School with a Masters in Business Administration and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Ms. Kavanagh completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors in 2011. since 2013.
