Mr. Miller currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer for the Corporationrationration, Executive Chairman of the Bank and is currently a member of the Corporationrationrations Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and the Banks CRA Committee. A resident of York County since 1972, Mr. Miller has served as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since 1986 and the Bank from 1981 to 2016, and served as Vice Chairman of both Boards from 2004 until his appointment as Chairman in August 2015. He attended York College of Pennsylvania, is a graduate from The Pennsylvania School of Banking at Bucknell University, and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Way of York County, the York County Economic Development Corporationrationration, YorkCounts, the Cultural Alliance of York County and Wellspan Health System. Mr. Miller serves in leadership capacities for various other nonprofit organizations. since 2018.
