Gn. Boris Jordan serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Jordan is an American businessman, cofounder of Renaissance Capital Group and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Sputnik Group, two international investment and advisory firms. In the early 1990s, Mr. Jordan was considered a key player in the development of the Russian stock market and was a leader in the privatization of Russian state assets. Mr. Jordan is a longstanding Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of The Board of Trustees of New York. After founding The Sputnik Group in 1999, Mr. Jordan has led the company in its investments in emerging industries, including investments in Renaissance Insurance, a company where Mr. Jordan is also t he Chairman and founder. Mr. Jordan built Renaissance Insurance into one of the leading insurance groups in the Russian market. Since acquiring majority control of Curaleaf in 2014, Mr. Jordan was impactful in the Companys emergence as an industry leader. Mr. Jordan will serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Resulting Issuer, as well as a member of the Compensation Committee since 2013.
