Mr. Jeffrey M. Gault is Chairman of the Board of Trustee of the Company. From February 2012 through March 2014, Mr. Gault served as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Since March 31, 2014, he has served as Chairman of our board of trustees. Mr. Gault is the founder and owner of Solus Property Company and its affiliates which was incorporated in 1979. He has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry having managed businesses andor provided advisory services to affiliates of H. F. Ahmanson Company, Home Savings of America, FA., SunAmerica, Inc., Hyatt Corporationrationration, KB Home, Whitehall Funds, an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., NorthStar Realty Finance and Westbrook Partners. Mr. Gault presently serves as the chairman of the board of Apollo Real Estate Finance, Inc. and is a member of the board of directors of Great Wolf Resorts, a Centerbridge Partners portfolio company. He has previously served as a member of the board of directors of Classic Party Rentals, an Apollo Global Management portfolio company and as a member of the board of Morgans Hotel Group . Mr. Gault is a member of the board of directors of our subsidiary, AmeriCold Logistics, LLC since 2014.

Americold Realty Trust Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Americold Realty's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Americold Realty inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Americold.
