Mr. LaPrade has served as our Chief Enterprise Services Officer since 2010 and Chief of Staff to the CEO since 2004, and is responsible for managing Enterprise Services for Capital One, including Technology, Digital, Design, Growth Ventures, Brand, Enterprise Supplier Management, External Affairs, Workplace Solutions, and Corporationrationrate Security. Mr. LaPrade joined Capital One in January 1996. Since that time he has served in various positions, including as Capital Ones Deputy General Counsel from 1996 to 2004, responsible for managing the companys litigation, employment, intellectual property and transactional practice areas. since 2011.
