Mr. Robert S. Keane serves as a President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of Vistaprint NV. Since 2018, he has also served as Executive Director of the Company. He has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since he founded Cimpress in January 1995. Mr. Keane served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors from January 1995 to August 2009 and was appointed Chairman of the Management Board in September 2009. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Keane was an executive at FlexKey Corporationrationration, an original equipment manufacturer of keyboards, displays and retail kiosks used for desktop publishing since 2018.
