He served as the vice general manager and a member of the Party committee of Inner Mongolia Airport Group Company Limited from March 2004 to February 2006, and then as a director, the general manager and deputy Party secretary of the same company, and subsequently as the general manager and deputy Party secretary of the same company from February 2006 to July 2009. From July 2009 to April 2015, he served as the general manager, a member of the Party committee and the deputy secretary of the Party committee of Hubei Airports Holding Company . He was the vice general manager and a member of the Party committee of the Parent Company since June 2014 he was the general manager and deputy party secretary of the Company since March 2016. since 2016.
