From August 2015 to August 2016, Mr. Romenesko served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating OfficerExpeditionary Services. From March 2015 to August 2015, he served as President and Chief Operating OfficerExpeditionary Services. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2007, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2007. Mr. Romenesko also served as Controller from 1991 to 1995, and in various other positions since joining AAR in 1981. Mr. Romenesko was a director of the Company since July 2007. As previously announced, Mr. Romenesko will retire from the Company on December 31, 2017.
