Mr. Edward Farrell was appointed as a director in June 2018. Mr. Farrell has more than 35 years of financial administration and leadership experience in the financial services industry. He has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Corporationrationrate Controller and Interim Chief Financial Officer of AllianceBernstein, L.P. In this capacity, Mr. Farrell oversaw all duties relating to corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury, SEC and compliance reporting, as well as global real estate and facilities management. Previously, Mr. Farrell served nine years with Nomura Securities International, Inc., and held several senior level positions, including Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he spent a decade at the investment bank, Salomon Brothers Inc. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
