Prior thereto, Ms. Sullivan served for 24 years in a variety of executive positions including senior vice president, singlefamily strategic initiatives and business capabilities, and senior vice president, singlefamily chief risk officer at Fannie Mae, a governmentsponsored enterprise that partners with lenders to create housing opportunities for families across the country. Ms. Sullivan currently serves on the boards of directors of Finicity, a nonpublic company that provides financial aggregation services to the financial services industry, and Ardley Technologies, Inc., a nonpublic company providing software to the mortgage industry since 2017.
