Ms. Marissa Ann Mayer serves as President, Chief Executive Officer of Altaba Inc. formerly Yahoo Inc. She was Director of the Company. Prior to joining Yahoo, Ms. Mayer served as Vice President of Local, Maps, and Location Services at Google Inc., an Internet technology company, and was responsible for the companys suite of local and geographical products including Google Maps, Google Earth, Zagat, Street View, and local search, for desktop and mobile.
