Mr. William J. Schneider is Independent Chairman of the Board of Nuveen Texas Quality Income Municipal Fund. He is currently Chairman, formerly Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer of MillerValentine Partners, a real estate investment company. He is an owner in several other MillerValentine entities. He is currently a member of the Boards of Tech Town, Inc., a notforprofit community development corporation, of WDPR Public Radio Station and of MedAmerica Health System. He was formerly a Director and Past Chair of the Dayton Development Coalition as well as a former member of Community Advisory Board of the National City Bank in Dayton and the Business Advisory Council of the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Schneider was also a member of the Business Advisory Council for the University of Dayton College of Business. He also served as Chair of the Miami Valley Hospital and as Chair of the Finance Committee of its parent holding company. Mr. Schneider was an independent trustee of the Flagship Funds, a group of municipal openend funds
