Mr. David Lumpkins serves as a Director of Westlake Chemical Partners GP LLC, a general partner of Westlake Chemical Partners LP. He is the Chairman and cofounder of PetroLogistics II LLC, a petrochemical development company. He was the cofounder and Executive Chairman of PetroLogistics LP, a NYSE listed company, which was acquired by Flint Hills Resources, LLC in July 2014. Mr. Lumpkins was also previously the cofounder and Chairman of PL Midstream LLC, a pipeline transportation and storage company based in Louisiana, which was sold to Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP in August 2012. Prior to the formation of these companies, Mr. Lumpkins worked in the investment banking industry for 17 years, principally for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. In 1995, Mr. Lumpkins opened Morgan Stanley Houston office and served as head of the firm southwest region. He is a graduate of the University of Texas where he also received his MBA. Mr. Lumpkins also serves as a director of the general partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP. since 2015.
