Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McDowell was a founder of CapLease Inc., a publicly traded netlease REIT, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2014 and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1994 until 2001 since 2015.
