Mr. Jason Wheeler is Chief Financial Officer of the Company., effective November 30, 2015. He has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2015. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wheeler served in various positions at Google Inc. beginning in July 2002, including most recently as its Vice President of Finance from January 2009 until November 2015. Before his time at Google, Mr. Wheeler was a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. for a variety of companies in the communications, media and technology industries, and also held various financial analyst positions at the HewlettPackard Company. Since August 2013, Mr. Wheeler has also been on the national board of directors of the Positive Coaching Alliance, a nonprofit organization promoting the betterment of youth sports and athletes since 2015.
