Mr. Emil J. Brolick is Director of the Company, effective May 26, 2016. Mr. Brolick was a director of the Company since September 2011. He served as our President from September 2011 to January 2016 and as our Chief Executive Officer from September 2011 until his retirement from his management duties in May 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brolick was Chief Operating Officer of Yum Brands, Inc. and President of two of Yum Brands U.S. operating segments, Long John Silvers and AW All American Food Restaurants, from June 2008 to September 2011. From December 2006 to June 2008, he was President of U.S. Brand Building for Yum Brands. Prior to that, Mr. Brolick served as President and Chief Concept Officer of Taco Bell Corporationration, a position he held from July 2000 to November 2006. Before joining Taco Bell, Mr. Brolick worked at Wendys International for 12 years, last serving as Senior Vice President of New Product Marketing, Research and Strategic Planning. since 2016.
