Mr. Amos Genish serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Telefonica Brasil of Telefonica S.A. since 2015. he was CEO of GVT, an innovative and fastgrowing telecom and Pay TV operator, which was recently acquired by Telefonica. Amos cofounded GVT as an alternative regional telecom operator in 1999 and led its expansion in the following years, reaching revenues above US 2 Billion by 2014. In 2007, Amos led GVTs IPO in the Brazilian stock exchange in 2009, he led the companys sale to Vivendi, for US 4, 8 Billion. In 2014, he led the negotiations of GVTs sale to Telefonica, for more than US 9 Billion. Prior to GVT, Amos was CEO of a technology company traded on Nasdaq. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
