President
Mr. David S. Huntley serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer of the Company. He is responsible for developing policies to safeguard the privacy of customer and employee information, verifying compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of every country and jurisdiction in which ATT operates, and ensuring adherence with internal compliance requirements. David has held this role since December 2014. Prior to being named Chief Compliance Officer, David served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General CounselATT Services. In this role, he oversaw a nationwide team responsible for providing legal support to the Home Solutions and Global Marketing organizations. He was also responsible for Legal Department administration. Previously, David served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for the Advertising Solutions and Interactive operations. He also has served as Senior Vice President Mobility Customer Service Centers, where he led a team of more than 30, 000 employees. In addition, David has served as Senior Vice President of Ecommerce, Direct Mail and Customer Information Services and has held significant positions in external affairs, wireless operations, mergers and acquisitions, and data operations. David currently serves on the boards of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc., the Dallas Museum of Art, the Executive Leadership Council, and At Last In addition, he is a Trustee of the Southern Methodist University Board, the Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Baylor Health Care System Foundation. He previously served on the executive committee of the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast and the government relations committee of the Greater Houston Partnership. He also served as a board member of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the 2004 Houston Super Bowl Host Committee, and on the board of trustees of the Texas Bar Foundation. since 2014.
