Mr. Nicholas T. Ferris is Executive Chairman of the Board Managing Director of Sona Resources Corporationration On January 1 2004 the Company entered into an employment agreement as amended wherein Nicholas T. Ferris was employed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. On January 1 2010 the Company entered into a new employment agreement with Mr. Ferris to amend his role and responsibilities to that of Executive Chairman. On June 10 2011 Mr. Ferris ceased to be the Executive Chairman and was appointed Managing Director of the Company. In accordance with the terms of his employment agreement Mr. Ferris is entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs maintained by the Company as well as the Stock Option Plan. The Company has also agreed to provide Mr. Ferris with the use of a suitable vehicle to carry out the performance of his duties. Mr. Ferris may terminate this agreement by giving the Company three months written notice. since 2010.
