Mr. Charles Edgar Haldeman Jr., is an NonExecutive Independent Chairman of the Board of Company., since April 29, 2015. He was the NonExecutive Chairman of the Company since April 2015. He has served as Trustee of JBG Smith, the largest publicly traded real estate company focused on the Washington, D.C. market since July 2017. He was also the NonExecutive Chairman of KCG Holdings, Inc., an independent securities firm focused on market making and electronic trading, from November 2013 until the companys acquisition by Virtu Financial in July 2017. He served on the board of DST Systems, Inc., a provider of processing and servicing solutions to the financial services and healthcare industries, from November 2014 until the companys acquisition by SSC Technologies Holdings, Inc. in April 2018. He is the former CEO of Freddie Mac, the publicly traded mortgage company. He joined Freddie Mac in 2009 and stepped down as Chief Executive in 2012. Before joining Freddie Mac, he was Chairman of Putnam Investment Management, LLC and served as President and CEO of Putnam Investments from 2003 through 2008. Prior to his tenure at Putnam, he was Chairman and CEO of Delaware Investments and earlier served as President and Chief Operating Officer of United Asset Management Corporationrationration. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Haldeman was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College from 2007 through 2010, and served as a Trustee from 2004 through 2012. since 2020.
