Mr. Jeffrey M. Crowe serves as Independent Director for RetailMeNot, Inc., since November 2010. From May 1990 to November 1999, Mr. Crowe served as Chief Executive Officer of Edify Corporation, a publicly traded enterprise software company since 2010.
