Similarly, it shows a return on stockholder's equity (ROE) of (161.27) %, meaning that it created substantial loss on money invested by shareholders. SAExploration Holdings' management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well SAExploration Holdings manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.

SAExploration Holdings has a current ratio of 0.44, indicating that it has a negative working capital and may not be able to pay financial obligations when due. Debt can assist SAExploration Holdings until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, SAExploration Holdings' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like SAExploration Holdings sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for SAExploration to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about SAExploration Holdings' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
