Ms. Deeanne King is Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company. She is the chief human resources officer for Sprint and is responsible for all human resource initiatives, including organizational performance and culture, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee relations, learning and development, and talent management. With nearly 30 years of experience, Deeanne most recently served as senior vice presidentOmnichannel Operations and Customer Experience. She has led in a range of roles across the company, including more than 13 years in Human Resources, where she oversaw training, talent development and employee relationship management. She has also had positions in call center operations and served as staff operations director for former Sprint CEO Dan Hesse. In addition to Deeannes broad business, operational and leadership experience, she also brings to her role a vast understanding of Sprints business and culture. And her deeply rooted passion for people is reflected in her efforts to help make Sprint a great place to work. Deeanne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Baylor University. She has participated in Georgetown Universitys Strategic Business Leadership Series, Duke Universitys Executive Leadership Program and KPMGs Executive Womens Leadership Forum. since 2018.
