The company has return on total asset (ROA) of (0.0612) % which means that it has lost $0.0612 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. Similarly, it shows a return on equity (ROE) of (0.1594) %, meaning that it generated substantial loss on money invested by shareholders. Rio2's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Rio2 manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. Return On Tangible Assets is likely to drop to -0.12 in 2024. Return On Capital Employed is likely to climb to -0.07 in 2024. At this time, Rio2's Total Assets are fairly stable compared to the past year. Non Current Assets Total is likely to climb to about 143.3 M in 2024, whereas Intangible Assets are likely to drop slightly above 157.9 K in 2024.
The company has accumulated 613.59 K in total debt with debt to equity ratio (D/E) of 0.5, which is about average as compared to similar companies. Rio2 has a current ratio of 0.65, indicating that it has a negative working capital and may not be able to pay financial obligations in time and when they become due. Debt can assist Rio2 until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Rio2's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Rio2 sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Rio2 to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Rio2's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.

The ability to find closely correlated positions to Rio2 could be a great tool in your tax-loss harvesting strategies, allowing investors a quick way to find a similar-enough asset to replace Rio2 when you sell it. If you don't do this, your portfolio allocation will be skewed against your target asset allocation. So, investors can't just sell and buy back Rio2 - that would be a violation of the tax code under the "wash sale" rule, and this is why you need to find a similar enough asset and use the proceeds from selling Rio2 to buy it.
The correlation of Rio2 is a statistical measure of how it moves in relation to other instruments. This measure is expressed in what is known as the correlation coefficient, which ranges between -1 and +1. A perfect positive correlation (i.e., a correlation coefficient of +1) implies that as Rio2 moves, either up or down, the other security will move in the same direction. Alternatively, perfect negative correlation means that if Rio2 moves in either direction, the perfectly negatively correlated security will move in the opposite direction. If the correlation is 0, the equities are not correlated; they are entirely random. A correlation greater than 0.8 is generally described as strong, whereas a correlation less than 0.5 is generally considered weak.
Correlation analysis and pair trading evaluation for Rio2 can also be used as hedging techniques within a particular sector or industry or even over random equities to generate a better risk-adjusted return on your portfolios.
