Mr. John C. Fowler is re designated as Director of the QuadGraphics, Inc. Mr. Fowler served as the Companys Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Global Strategy and Corporationrationrate Development from March 2014 until December 2017. Prior thereto, he served as the Companys Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 2010 to March 2014, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2005 to July 2010 and as Vice President and Controller from when he joined QuadGraphics in 1980 until May 2005. Prior to joining QuadGraphics, Mr. Fowler worked for Arthur Andersen LLP for six years. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Manipal Technologies Ltd., the LEft Bank Wine Company, is chairman of the board of TAI Diagnostics, Inc. and is a past board member of several private and VC companies that were successfully sold since 2017.

Quad Graphics Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Quad Graphics' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Quad Graphics inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Quad. The board's role is to monitor Quad Graphics' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Quad Graphics' inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
