Omni Lite Management Efficiency

The company has return on total asset (ROA) of (0.0251) % which means that it has lost $0.0251 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. Similarly, it shows a return on equity (ROE) of (0.1086) %, meaning that it generated substantial loss on money invested by shareholders. Omni Lite's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Omni Lite manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. At this time, Omni Lite's Net Tangible Assets are fairly stable compared to the past year. Intangible Assets is likely to climb to about 229.5 K in 2024, whereas Total Assets are likely to drop slightly above 16.1 M in 2024.
The company has accumulated 752.09 K in total debt with debt to equity ratio (D/E) of 5.0, indicating the company may have difficulties to generate enough cash to satisfy its financial obligations. Omni-Lite Industries has a current ratio of 3.52, suggesting that it is liquid and has the ability to pay its financial obligations in time and when they become due. Debt can assist Omni Lite until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Omni Lite's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Omni-Lite Industries sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Omni to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Omni Lite's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
