Ms. Peluso was a director of OpenTable, Inc. from 2008 to 2012 and is a director of the nonprofit TechnoServe and TechNYC. She also is a Strategic Advisor at Technology Crossover Ventures. Ms. Peluso was selected to serve on the Board because of her extensive experience in, and understanding of, online retail, marketing, branding, and digital connections with consumers, which are integral components of the Companys growth strategy. since 2014.
