Mr. Donahoe also serves as Chairman of PayPal Holdings, Inc. From 2008 through 2015, Mr. Donahoe served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eBay, Inc., provider of the global eBay.com online marketplace and PayPal digital payments platform. Mr. Donahoe joined eBay in 2005 as President of eBay Marketplaces, responsible for eBays global eCommerce businesses, and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Prior to joining eBay, Mr. Donahoe was the Chief Executive Officer and Worldwide Managing Director of Bain Company from 1999 to 2005, and a Managing Director from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Donahoe currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Bridgespan Group. He served on the Board of Directors of Intel Corporation from March 2009 until May 2017. Mr. Donahoe was selected to serve on the Board because his experience in executive and financial management, strategic planning, branding, technology, cyber security, and digital commerce allow him to provide valued perspectives on each of these areas of the Companys business. since 2014.
