Mr. Levental is a Professional Engineer with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Alberta. The Board has determined that Mr. Levental should serve as a Director for the Company to benefit from his extensive experience as an executive of large mining companies. Mr. Leventals primary occupation during the last five years was President of The Electrum Group. During the most recent five years, Mr. Levental served as a director of Sunward Resources Ltd. until June 2015, as a director of Gabriel Resources Limited until June 2016, as a director of Trilogy Metals Inc. until June 2016, and as a director of Taung Gold International Limited until September 2017. since 2010.
