Ms. Belcourt was an assistant professor of economics at Concordia University in Montreal from 1994 to 1999 and served as an economic consultant to the U.S. Agency for International Development in Africa in 1999 during her professorship. Ms. Belcourt also serves on the Board of Directors of FTD Companies Inc. a floral and gifting provider. since 2012.
